Our history began in 1983 when Michael Cervelli, founded the company as a residential real estate brokerage. After the carnage of the late 1980’s and the S&L Crisis, Michael identified a need within the industry for property management services, specifically for passive property investors. During the difficult economic period of the early 1990’s, Michael carved a niche within North Jersey as one of the top service providers for investment sales and management.
The past two decades saw Michael’s two sons join the company, as well as the progression of several key employees who originally started at entry level positions.
Today we are an agile company core disciplines in Commercial and Investment Real Estate. We pride on providing the sophistication of a corporate provider without the bureaucracy of a large corporate company. Our focus is helping owners and investors minimize risk and maximize after tax cash flow.
