24 Hour Emergency Service

Cervelli offers emergency call access 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. In the event an emergency arises, our staff is available at any time to offer solutions and resources.

Our vendor network consists of reliable and reasonable service providers who are properly licensed and insured. Through the excellent relationships our staff has built with these vendors, we can provide our clients access to high quality services at the best possible pricing.

Online Services

We offer our clients an unparalleled online experience with real-time login ability to view accounts receivable and payable as well as open work orders. This online access also allows clients to make payments, submit work orders and complete forms.

Property Inspections

Monthly inspections are performed on all properties within our portfolio. We provide each client with a digital copy of the inspection report which contains notes on all aspects of the property, including preventive maintenance measures and recommendations.

Professional Liaison

We work closely with attorneys, accountants, insurance agents and government officials on the client’s behalf to ensure efficiency, transparency and compliance.

Our staff members have 175 years of combined experience managing properties and hold a number of professional designations such as Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO).

Financial Reporting

Clients receive comprehensive financial reports on a monthly basis that include reconciled bank statements, accounts receivable/payable and copies of all checks. This accounting process is completely transparent and allows for more efficient year end audits and tax returns.
