The second property is a boutique new construction building consisting of 35 units at 6025 Boulevard East in West New York, NJ. Part of what makes this property stand out is its modern artisanal styling. The property has only recently been stabilized, so working with Cervelli Real Estate and Property Management will help the owners realize full occupancy amid growing competition and tenant expectations.
