Michael Cervelli has announced the sale of 6 Pomona Avenue, a 56 unit apartment complex with elevator and parking lot. The building which is the up and coming weequhaic area on Elizabeth Avenue had many common area upgrades as well as many updated apartments. Chris Cervelli obtained a listing from the owner and quickly sold the building to a longtime and experienced investor in the Newark Area.
