Michael Cervelli Real Estate recently arranged the sale of 920 Palisade Avenue, a 2-story multi-family complex strategically located on the bluff overlooking Hoboken and boasting incredible views of the Manhattan Skyline. The parcel also enjoys easy access to an arterial network of Public transportation and highways leading to the Turnpike and the Lincoln Tunnel.
The sale was orchestrated by Chris Cervelli who obtained a listing agreement from the owner and quickly sold the property to an experienced investor.
