Michael Cervelli Real Estate, LLC, announced Thursday that it has sold a mixed-use property in Jersey City for $1.22 million.
The property at 171 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive consists of 17 apartments and three commercial stores, the North Bergen-based real estate brokerage said in a news release.
