Chris Cervelli has sold another large apartment complex in Northern New Jersey. The building, located in the best section of the Union County Hub of Elizabeth, Elmora, represents a bastion of safe and reliable investment. The 2 story complex consisting of 60 residential apartments and a large parking lot and enclosed courtyard was under contract after having shown the property to only one buyer. The purchases, a local group, quickly saw the potential and acted expeditiously.
