BELVIDERE, N.J. (October 5, 2026) – Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management has been hired by the owner of Windtryst Apartments, a subsidized affordable housing community at 41 Windtryst Way in Belvidere, to manage operations at the property.
The garden-style community offers one- and two-bedroom apartments. Under the property’s affordable housing agreement, resident rents are set at 30 percent of adjusted monthly gross income. Windtryst accepts Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers and provides a utility allowance for residents.
On-site amenities include laundry facilities, surface parking and detached garages. The property also has wheelchair-accessible entrances and designated accessible parking.
As a specialist in USDA Rural Development-financed housing, Cervelli said its goal is to maintain the property at a “satisfactory” operational standard across USDA’s Tri-Annual Supervisory Visits, which evaluate management, occupancy and physical conditions. The firm’s approach includes rigorous financial reporting through USDA’s Multi-Family Information System and proactive maintenance planning to meet the physical inspection standards.
Windtryst Apartments is an equal housing opportunity community, operated in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.
